Our team of 50 staff speaks more than 30 languages and serves clients from as many as 165 countries. Our diverse programs range from youth, family and seniors services, to employment and environmental programs. On a yearly basis, our staff and volunteers help more than 16,000 newcomers to settle and integrate into Toronto’s diverse communities.
In addition to our regular programs, CultureLink boasts a number of innovative initiatives that focus on new Canadians’ successful integration. However, many of these initiatives and community collective efforts cannot be sustained without your support.

Sponsorhip: Celebration Events and Projects (June – December 2013)
CultureLink serves more than 16,500 newcomer clients from all over the world annually. Thousands of CultureLink’s former and current staff and volunteers helped to turn a grassroots agency into a household name by touching the lives of hundreds and thousands of newcomers in the past 25 years. From May to December, we are organizing a series of celebration events to bring our friends and community members together to commemorate our anniversary. These events will be attended by diverse groups of people, truly reflecting the communities we serve.
As part of our 25th Anniversary Celebration, you will attain the unique opportunity to gain ongoing exposure throughout the year via these events.

|D – Welcoming Community Festival||September14||This will be the biggest outdoor party that CultureLink ever hosted – combine its 20-years long tradition of hosting intercultural picnic with a one-stop-shopping settlement service fair, this festival will fill the Christie Pit with heartfelt welcomes to newcomers.||500 -800 newcomers of all ages, community members and 50 service providing organizations|
|E -Intergenerational Memoir Writing Contest & Finalists Public Reading||Contest announced in May; Revelation of Winners on October 4||The Intergenerational Memoir Writing Contest hopes to reach to hundreds of newcomer youth who love to write and seniors who have great stories to tell but with low English proficiency. We match youth with seniors and let the youth help seniors to write about their journey of becoming Canadians. The contest will peak on Oct 4 when a panel of celebrity judges will debate and decide in front of 200+ audience which of the three pairs will be the final winners out of the 10 finalists||500 plus people involved in the contest200 people of all ages attend the public reading on Oct 4.|
|F – AGM||October 4||The Annual General Meeting is as always an enthusiastic gathering of community members, friends and supporters of CultureLink to reflect on the past year’s hard work and achievements.||200 Adults of all ages|

|H – Wintegration® Club & Club Launch Event||Launched in November, will last 5 months||The Wintegration® Club will be launched with a series of bi-weekly outdoor group activities. The Club promotes active life style to newcomers during winter and help them start a healthy new life in Canada’s winter wonderland.||200+ people various age|
