If you are new to Canada and looking for a job, visit CultureLink. From workshops to individual counselling to mentor matching, we offer many free services to help you achieve your employment goals.

Job Search Workshops

Come to our Job Search Workshop to learn everything you’ll need to know to get a job in Canada.

Our workshops run two  to three times per month, and are available to Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees and Live-In Caregivers.

One-On-One Employment Counselling and Referrals

If you need specific employment information, referrals, or counselling, make an individual appointment with us.

Through the Newcomer Settlement Program and our Newcomer Youth Centre, we meet with adult and youth job seekers, regardless of immigration status. Contact us by phone or email for further information:

Career Mentorship

Are you an internationally trained professional looking for in-depth information about your particular career field? Need support as you work towards a job in your area of expertise? Try the Community Connection Career Mentorship Program and get connected to a mentor with Canadian experience.

We also run a variety of employment seminars throughout the year at various Toronto Public Libraries. Past topics have included:
