What we offer:

  • Wellness Group Activities: A safe space to gain mutual support, build positive connections and learn new skills.
  • Wellness Workshops: We cover various themes related to mental wellness and help you build up your mental well-being.
  • One-on-one counselling: Feeling low? Having difficulty? We can help you through one-on-one confidential counselling.
  • Mentorship matches: Peer support by matching you with a mentor or volunteer from the local community.
