These sessions will be led by an experienced artist and facilitator, Doris Rajan. Doris will lead us through a variety of inspiring techniques to improve our well-being during COVID-19. We will be able to discover our sense of self, improve our writing skills and give a try to our creativity. This is a 6-part workshop series and a Certificate will be provided upon Completion.
