Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from November 10 to November 19, from 11:45am to 12:15pm.
Our instructor, Jigna Fadia, follows the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli and Esther Myers. Their techniques are based on three principles: breathing, grounding, and elongation of the spine. This practice allows one to be aware of one’s personal needs and thus promotes a thinking mind-body movement, which is both safe and healthy.
