About this Workshop Series: Dyshni Sritharan, Mental Health Counsellor at Sherbourne Health will lead interactive workshops about maintaining mental wellness during challenging times. Our participants will have an opportunity to tackle the core of stress management, reflect on life changes and explore self-improvement via journaling. As this is a 7-part series we hope new friendships will be formed!
