Newcomer Women Support Group
Start off your week well!
This online wellness program welcomes newcomer and immigrant women.
Join us to de-stress and learn about mindfulness, ask questions that you might have, and connect with a supportive group.
We will spend 30 minutes practicing mindfulness exercises and meditation followed by a 30 minutes wellness chat.
Every Monday from May 30 to June 13, 2022 starting at 12pm.
