During the winter, many of us experience feelings of worry, sadness and stress. As we enter the winter months with its cold weather, reduced daylight and continued isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, these negative feelings are bound to show up more often.

This drop-in program is here to help you connect with others who may be experiencing similar emotions, and talk about different wellness topics.
