A 5-week workshop for newcomer and immigrant women.

This wellbeing series will concentrate on fighting chronic stress. Each week there will be a short talk on an aspect of women’s wellbeing followed by mindfulness practice, energizing exercise or loving-kindness meditation.

May 28 –  Feeling tired, foggy, and unmotivated

June 4  –  Survival mode and Boundaries

June 11 – Burnout and Happiness

June 18 – Nurture & Empower Yourself
