Winter is a wonderful time to get out in nature, but it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming! Put on your sturdy boots, layers and warm clothes, and join OLTA, Culture Link and Let’s Hike TO for a fun winter walk.
Boots matter! The right boots (and warm socks) can make the difference between a fun walk or frozen toes. They can also ensure that you’re able to walk safely on slippery surfaces.
Choose boots with a grippy deep tread, or purchase anti-slip ice grips.
