CultureLink’s Bylaws and HR Policy:
The purpose of the HR policy is to promote and encourage a co-operative and harmonious relationship between the employer (the Board of Directors of CultureLink Settlement Services) and its employees (the Executive Director and the rest of the staff).
The HR Policy has been designed to give both employees and the Board a helpful, concise, and clear description of the working partnership within which both parties operate, as people who share a deep concern for the well-being of newcomers.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees; to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working relationships and conditions for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this agreement. A representative of the Union will contact you soon; if you have any questions pertaining this agreement please contact a Union representative (Ajith Aluthwatta at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kristin Schwartz at email@example.com).
