Settlement Workers in Community Spaces

Whether you’ve come to Canada as a convention refugee, as a landed immigrant or on a work permit, as a newcomer, it’s important to find the settlement services you need to help you embrace your new life. Our Settlement Works in Community Spaces (SWCS) program is an accessible and easy way to get great support.

We will work with you to determine the assistance you need, providing important information and referrals so you can access essential services. This might involve help with legal issues, housing, employment, education, healthcare or language learning. We can also assist you with applications and documents, including referrals for translation services. We are happy to provide our SWCS services in a variety of languages, including (but not limited to) English and Farsi.
